Mettrum Health Corp. (TSXV:MT) announced that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc., pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 3,334,000 common shares from the treasury of the Company, at a price of $1.50 per Share and offer them to the public by way of short form prospectus.

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for plant upgrades, including additional growing and oil extraction capacity at existing facilities, other growth opportunities and general corporate purposes.
