On the heels of a US$119M capital raise, four top cannabis companies in the U.S. and Canada — Baker, Briteside, Sea Hunter and Santé Veritas – combined into one company TILT.

Today, TILT Holdings Inc. (“TILT” or the “Company”), announced it expects to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”) under the ticker symbol “TILT,” at the opening of the market this Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

In recent news, on November 21, 2018, the Company announced the official close of the merger involving Baker Technologies, Inc. (“Baker”), Briteside Holdings, LLC (“Briteside”), Sea Hunter Therapeutics, LLC (“Sea Hunter”) and Santé Veritas Holdings Inc. (“Santé Veritas”) and the close of its latest capital raise (together with the merger involving Baker, Briteside, Sea Hunter and Santé Veritas, the “Transaction”).
