Hydropothecary Announces Results of Shareholders Meeting

The Hydropothecary Corporation (TSXV:THCX) announced the results of its annual shareholder meeting, held on January 17.

All items put forth at the Meeting were approved, including the adoption of an advance notice by-law (the “Advance Notice By-Law”), the adoption of a shareholder rights plan agreement between the Company and TSX Trust Company dated December 8, 2017 (the “Rights Plan”), the confirmation of the Company’s 10% rolling stock option plan, the appointment of MNP LLP as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year, and the re-election of Jason Ewart, Dr. Michael Munzar, Vincent Chiara, Nathalie Bourque, Sébastien St-Louis and Adam Miron to the board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”).
