(CSE: FTY) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release on March 5, 2018, it will resume trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “Exchange”) under the symbol “CROP” at market open on March 13, 2018, following the publication by the Exchange of its bulletin granting final approval of the Company’s listing application in connection with its transaction (the “Transaction”) with DV Infrastructure Corp.(“DVI”) completed on March 2, 2018 that constituted a “fundamental change” of the Company within the meaning of the policies of the Exchange.
