BlackRock® Canada Announces Estimated December Cash Distributions for the iShares® ETFs

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited ("BlackRock Canada"), an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), today announced the estimated December cash distributions for the iShares ETFs listed on the TSX or Cboe Canada. Unitholders of record of a fund on December 30, 2025 will receive cash distributions payable in respect of that fund on January 5, 2026.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about December 29, 2025, which will provide the final amounts for all funds. The Estimated Cash Distribution Per Unit is subject to change. For example, the Estimated Cash Distribution Per Unit is expected to increase if the net units outstanding of a fund decrease between December 16, 2025 and December 29, 2025 or may change due to other factors.
