Doseology Completes Acquisition of Feed That Brain

Doseology Sciences Inc. (CSE: MOOD) (PINK: DOSEF) (FSE: VU70) ("Doseology" or the "Company"), an innovator in precision-formulated oral stimulants, is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of August 19, 2025 it has closed the acquisition of the "Feed That Brain" division operated by Joseph Mimran & Associates Inc. (the " Vendor ") and has completed the issuance to the Vendor of 175,000 common shares (each a " Share ") at a deemed price of $1.00 per Share satisfying the first payment required pursuant to the asset purchase and sale agreement executed between the parties.

The Shares issued to the Vendor are subject to a four-month hold period in accordance with Securities Laws in Canada .
