Mobi724 Global Solutions Announces Closing of Private Placement Offering for Gross Proceeds of Over $10 Million

Mobi724 Global Solutions (CSE:MOS) has announced it has completed its private placement offering of special warrants, previously announced April 4 and April 6, 2017, issuing 29,538,203 special warrants at $0.35 each for gross proceeds of $10,338,371.05.

…which includes the exercise by GMP Securities L.P. (“GMP”), as sole lead agent, of its option for an additional 2,395,346 Special Warrants.
