YDreams Global Increases Private Placement for a Second Time

YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. (TSXV:YD) (OTC Pink:YDRMF) (FSE:A2AP0L) (“YDreams Global” or the “Company) would like to announce that it has increased a non-brokered private placement for a second time. (December 4, 2017, December 8, 2017 and January 5, 2018).
YDreams Global Interactive Technologies Inc. (TSXV:YD) (OTC Pink:YDRMF) (FSE:A2AP0L) (“YDreams Global” or the “Company) would like to announce that it has increased a non-brokered private placement for a second time. (December 4, 2017, December 8, 2017 and January 5, 2018). The private placement will now consist of 18,333,333 units at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,750,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.25 for a period of five years. The private placement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. A finders’ fee may be payable.
