The press release is quoted as saying:
It is expected that closing of the Placing will occur at 7.00 am on 25 October 2010 and that admission will become effective and trading in the 21,604,435 new common shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 am on 25 October 2010. Following this share issue, the Company will have in issue 267,772,742 common shares, with voting rights.
