Teryl Resources Announces an Additional 10% Net Profit Interest

Teryl Resources Corp. (CVE:TRC,OTC:TRYLF) reports that it has acquired an additional ten percent NPI in the Silverknife property.

Teryl Resources Corp. (TSXV:TRC,OTC:TRYLF) reports that it has acquired an additional ten percent NPI in the Silverknife property.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Silverknife mineral claims have been held continuously since they were staked in 1983 and are held in trust by Reg Technologies Inc. Through a series of Property agreements, Minewest holds a 70% working interest, subject to a 10% net smelter return, in the Property. Teryl Resources Corp. holds 30% working interest, and a 10% NPI in the Property. Reg Technologies Inc. is retaining a 5% net profit interest in the Property. A one percent (1%) NSR is payable to SMR in relation to the Silverknife Property.

President of  Teryl Resources Corp. , John Robertson says:

“Teryl Resources Corp. now owns a 30% working interest, and a 10% net profit interest and Reg Technologies Inc., through Minewest controls 70% interest, in a silver, lead, zinc property, near the Silvertip silver, lead and zinc property, owned by Silvercorp, located 100 kilometers from Watson Lake, Yukon.”
