Teryl Resources Announces $150,000 Private Placement

Teryl Resources Corp. (PINK:TRYLF) announced it plans to raise $150,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement.

The press release is quoted as saying:

The Company had agreed to pay finder’s fees of up to 10% of the proceeds in connection with the private placement, payable upon approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
