Luiri Gold Zambian Update

Luiri Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:LGL)(ASX:LGM) has responded to the letter from the Director of Mines in Zambia and has refuted the allegation that the Company is in default of provisions made in the granting of the mining license LML48 at the Luiri Hill Gold project.

Luiri Gold Limited (TSX VENTURE:LGL)(ASX:LGM) has responded to the letter from the Director of Mines in Zambia and has refuted the allegation that the Company is in default of provisions made in the granting of the mining license LML48 at the Luiri Hill Gold project.

According to the Company’s records and the legal opinion of our counsel in Zambia, the Company is in compliance with all provisions of the mining license.

People keep talking about Molycorp and Lynas, but Montero Mining and Exploration, MON on tsx, is on track to open the first LREE mine in Africa with simple, established downstream processing and none of the vehement opposition they are getting for the Lynas refinery. They have a known, Mountain Pass-like deposit that at 3.3 million tons is just the tip of the REEburg in Wigu Hill; they have an experienced team for both mining and processing and will have a small mine running by early 2013. Low float, mining friendly Tanzania close to infrastructure. monteromining.com
