Glass Earth Gold Announces Closing of First Tranche of C$3M Private Placement

Glass Earth Limited (TSX VENTURE:GEL)(NZAX:GEL) reported the completion of the first tranche of a non-brokered private placement previously announced on April 29, 2010.
