Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSXV:EAG,OTCQX:EHECF,FWB:EH0) announced a private placement with Laurentian Bank Securities. The total gross proceeds will be up to C$2.0 million of flow-through shares and proceeds will be used for further exploration and development of the Windfall Lake Property.
As quoted in the press release:
The total gross proceeds under the Financing will be up to C$2.0 million of flow-Through shares (the “Flow-Through Shares”) at a price of C$0.185 per Quebec Flow-through Share (the “QFT Price”) and at a price of C$0.17 per National Flow-Through Share (the “NFT Price”). The Company has also granted the Agent an over-allotment option to raise additional gross proceeds of C$1.0 million.
