Coronet Metals Closes Private Placement

Coronet Metals Inc. (TSXV:CRF,OTCQX:CORMF,FWB:2CM) closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of approximately $750,000. 14,947,660 units were issued at a price of $0.05 per unit.

As quoted in the press release:

Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of Coronet at an exercise price of $0.10 until February 5, 2016.
