Cluff Buys Sega Project from Orezone Gold

Orezone Gold Corporation (TSX:ORE) announced it has sold its Sega project to Cluff Gold (TSX:CFG) for US$29.6 million.

As quoted in the press release:

Under the terms of the agreement, Cluff will acquire the Tiba and Namassa exploration permits, covering an area of approximately 313km², from Orezone’s wholly owned subsidiary Orezone Inc. (BVI), in exchange for US$15M in cash and 11M new common shares of Cluff.
