Calico Close Final Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement
Calico Resources Corp. (TSXV:CKB) announced that it has closed the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement that was previously announced on March 28, 2013. The closing raised total gross proceeds of CDN $400,000.00. The Company intends on using the proceeds for further exploration at its Grassy Mountain project.
As quoted in the press release:
In this second tranche, the Company issued 2,500,000 units at a price of $0.16 per unit. The total gross proceeds raised in this tranche amount to CDN$400,000.00.
