Pinetree Capital Acquires 100,000 Common Shares of Tigris Uranium Corp

Pinetree Capital Ltd.(TSX:PNP) announced that it acquired 100,000 common shares of Tigris Uranium Corp on March 9, 2012.

As quoted in the press release:

As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at March 9, 2012, an aggregate of 8,800,000 common shares of Tigris, including the Common Shares, and rights to acquire an additional 1,000,000 common shares of Tigris upon exercise of certain convertible securities (the “Convertible Securities”).
