Zibulo Coal Mine to Reach Full Production in Third Quarter 2012

Mining Weekly reported that Anglo American’s (OTC Pink:AAUKY) Zibulo coal mine is expected to reach capacity of 8 million tons annually by Q3.

As quoted in the market news:

Primary export product is railed to the Richards Bay Coal Terminal and secondary middlings sold to the local market, which would from April solely comprise State-owned power utility Eskom. At full production, saleable production would amount to about six-million tons a year, equally divided between thermal export product and domestic product.
