Trans Hex Group Ltd. (JSE:TSX) announced that its acquisition of the Namaqualand diamond mines from De Beers Consolidated Mines Proprietary Ltd. is now effective.
As quoted in the press release:
Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, the last of which was dated Tuesday, 7 October 2014, regarding the proposed transaction in terms of which Emerald Panther Investments 78 (Pty) Limited (a company in which Trans Hex has a 40% interest) would acquire assets and liabilities relating to Namaqualand Mines from De Beers Consolidated Mines Proprietary Limited.
