Super Nova Petroleum Corp. (CSE:SNP,OTC:SNOVF) announced the closing of a private placement for $55,000, comprised of 1,100,000 units.
As quoted in the press release:
Super Nova issued 1,100,000 units for aggregate gross proceeds of $55,000. Each unit is comprised of one flow-through common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles a holder to acquire one additional common share for a period of two years at a price of $0.075 before the first anniversary date of the issuance or $0.10 thereafter.
