Super Nova Petroleum (CSE:SNP) announced that Rita Tung had resigned as a director of the company and Dieter Benz had been appointed in her place as an independent director. Since 1985, Benz has started two companies which he provides consulting services for the high technology and software development industry.
The Company is pleased to welcome Mr. Dieter Benz to the board as an independent director. Mr. Benz received his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Chemnitz, Germany in 1984. Since 1985, Mr. Benz has founded two companies through which he provides consulting services, on an independent basis, to the high technology and software development industry, with an emphasis on quality management, 3D measurements and sensor development. Mr. Benz is currently a director of a TSX-V company.
