Doxa Energy Ltd. (TSXV:DXA) exercises its option to acquire 20% leasehold interest in Mississippian Oil Play in Oklahoma.
The press release is quoted as saying:
Doxa Energy is also pleased to announce that its previously reported $2,000,000, non-brokered private placement (see Doxa news June 13, 2011) has now closed. In addition to initial investment in the Mississippian Oil Play, proceeds of the placement will be used to fund the Company’s numerous oil and gas projects in Texas.
