Blackheath Resources’ Over-Subscribed Private Placement Now Closed
Blackheath Resources Inc. (TSXV:BHR,FWB:04B) announced that its previously announced non-brokered private placement is now closed. The total amount raised was $1,708,000 through the issuance of 4,880,000 units at a price of $0.35 per unit.
As quoted in the press release:
Each unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.50 per share for a period of 36 months from the closing of the private placement.
