Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. (TSXV:GWG) announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for an extension of the expiry date of certain of GWMG’s outstanding common share purchase warrants.

As quoted in the press release:
GWMG seeks TSXV approval for the extension of the expiry date from December 15, 2012 to January 15, 2013 for 41,413,723 Warrants originally issued on October 19, 2010 and having an exercise price of $0.45 per Warrant.The exercise price of the Warrants remains unchanged.
