Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Files Motion to Dismiss Sheep Mountain Alliance Lawsuit

Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) is pleased that a lawsuit filed by the Sheep Mountain Alliance against the building of an Energy Fuels project in Colorado was dismissed.

Late yesterday, CDPHE filed a comprehensive Motion to Dismiss Sheep Mountain Alliance’s lawsuit challenging CDPHE’s license approval granted on January 5, to Energy Fuels Resources.
