Copper Fox Metals (TSXV:CUU) extended the expiry dates of 3,358,228 outstanding warrants which were originally issued on April 8, 2013, with an original expiry date of one year. These warrants were previously extended for a one year period. The new expiry date provides another one year extension.

Copper Fox Metals Inc. (“Copper Fox” or the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:CUU) announces that it has extended the expiry dates of 3,358,228 outstanding warrants as detailed below. The subject warrants were originally issued on April 8, 2013, with an original expiry date of one (1) year, in connection with a private placement of units consisting of common shares and warrants of the Company. These warrants were previously extended for a one year period. The new expiry date provides an additional one year extension. These warrants continue to be exercisable at their original exercise price.
