EPM Mining Ventures (TSXV:EPK,OTCQX:EPKMF) received a favorable decision from the Interior Board of Land Appeals affirming the Bureau of Land Management’s Decision Record and Finding of No Significant Impact on the Sevier Lake Potash Leasing Proposal. This denies the appeal by Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance of said Decision Record and Finding of No Significant Impact.
As quoted in the press release:
Lance D’Ambrosio, Chief Executive Officer of EPM, said; “We are very pleased with the IBLA’s ruling. We believe the Board did an excellent job of analyzing the issues and that it based its decision on solid precedent. As we have said in the past, the appeal by SUWA was baseless and without merit and this decision affirms that.”
