Weekend Unlimited Inc. (CSE:YOLO) CEO Cody Corrubia was interviewed by Midas Letter about their strategic expansion into Jamaica and about their upcoming listing on the CSE.

Weekend Unlimited Inc. (CSE:YOLO) CEO Cody Corrubia was interviewed by Midas Letter about their strategic expansion into Jamaica and about their upcoming listing on the CSE. Corrubia stated that he expects the company to be public by the end of the month and is working towards listing in the US as well.

He also provided an update on the company’s facilities in Canada and the US. Corrubia pointed out that Weekend Unlimited is one of the few Canadian companies to be certified as organic. He also discussed the company’s plans to expand into the Nevada cannabis market as he believes that there is great revenue potential there. The company is in the process of purchasing a cannabis zone building and obtaining a license in the state.

As part fo the interview, Corrubia also discussed the company’s recent purchase of a 90-acre space in Jamaica, which includes indoor and outdoor growing spaces and a 40,000-square-foot extraction and exportation facility. The space also features a cafe that will allow tourists to obtain medical cannabis certifications for the purchase of cannabis. Weekend Unlimited is one of three companies to has secure a Tier 3 license in Jamaica, which will allow them to export cannabis, among other things. There are not a lot of companies that cannot get large farms in Jamaica, as the government is strict about who they are letting into the space.
