Nuuvera Provides Update on Italian Acquisition

Nuuvera (TSXV:NUU) issued an update regarding its announcement of the acquisition for an Italian licensed company.

In relation to the announced acquisition of the Italian company FL-Group, Nuuvera Inc. (“Nuuvera”) (TSXV:NUU) wishes to clarify that the Italian license is held by FL-Group, the wholly owned subsidiary of Nuuvera, and that, according to Italian law, any importation of cannabis products is subject to regulatory approval.
