Vancouver, BC August 24, 2026 TheNewswire - Northern Lights Resources Corp. (CSE: NLR,OTC:NLRCF) (OTC: NLRCF) (FSE: 0ZH0) ("Northern Lights" or the "Company") announces the appointment of Mr. Luka Capin, a Director of the Company, as Interim Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Capin will oversee the Company's ongoing activities as Northern Lights continues its work at the Pup Project and advances its Horetzky and Secret Pass projects.
