Nouveau Monde Announces Grant of Stock Options

Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. ("Nouveau Monde" or the "Company") (NYSE: NMG; TSXV: NOU; Frankfurt: NM9) announces the grant of 605,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees and a consultant. These stock options are granted in accordance with the terms of the stock option plan of the Company. Each option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $16.84 per common share for a period of five years from May 25, 2021.
