Boundiali Gold Project – BD Target 1 Artisanal Working
Aurum has entered into a Bid Implementation Agreement with Mako Gold for Aurum to acquire 100 percent of the issued shares in Mako. This proposed merger will allow both Aurum and Mako security holders to benefit from the combination of Aurum’s strong balance sheet and exceptional drilling efficiencies with AU$23 million in cash at the end of December 2024 to support work programs targeted at further resource definition across Aurum and Mako’s assets in northern Côte d'Ivoire. Aurum is currently in its final phase of compulsory acquisition of remaining Mako shares after it received over 90% acceptance of MKG shares in late January 2025.
The merger is backed by a highly experienced board and management team with extensive gold experience from grassroots discovery, through to resource drill-out, feasibility studies, project finance, and production.
The Boundiali gold project in Cote d’Ivoire is located within the Boundiali Greenstone Belt, which hosts Resolute’s Syama gold operation (11.5 Moz) and the Tabakoroni deposit (1 Moz) in Mali. Neighbouring assets also include Barrick’s Tongon mine (5 Moz) and Montage Gold’s Kone project (4.5 Moz).
The Boundiali project area covers the underexplored southern extension of the Boundiali belt, where a highly deformed synclinal greenstone horizon traverses finer-grained basin sediments, and to the west, Tarkwaian clastic rocks lie in contact with a granitic margin. The project benefits from year-round road access and excellent infrastructure.
The first stage of drilling at Boundiali occurred from late October 2023 to end of November 2024 for both the BM and BD tenements (BM1 and BM2; BD1, BD2 and BD3 targets) and was designed to test below-gold-in-soil anomalies oriented along NE trending structures, define new gold prospects and define maiden JORC resources. With over 63,000m diamond holes drilled during this period, Maiden JORC gold resources estimate was delivered in late December 2024.
Drilling costs are estimated at US$45 per metre, as Aurum owns all of its eight drilling rigs and employs its operators, representing a significant value proposition relative to peers who use commercial drilling companies that charge upwards of $200 per meter. The company believes there is potential for multi-million ounce gold resources to be defined with hundreds thousands meters of drilling over years within the Boundiali Gold Project’s land holding areas.
The Boundiali gold project comprises four contiguous granted licenses: PR0808 (80 percent interest), PR0893 (80 percent and earning to 88 percent interest), PR414 (100 percent interest), and PR283 (earning to 70 percent interest). Historic exploration at PR0893 includes 93 AC drill holes and four RC holes. Airborne geophysical surveying, geological mapping and extensive soil sampling have also been performed at PR0893, while PR0808 has had 91 RC holes drilled for 6,229 metres along with geochemical analysis and modeling. Detailed geochemical sampling and drilling at PR414 revealed three strong gold anomalies and returned impressive high-grade results.
Following the renewal of its Boundali South (BST) exploration licence in September 2024, drilling at the Nyangboue deposit is planned for H1 2025 and H2 2025. Previous exploration at BST has returned impressive results, including 20 m at 10.45 g/t gold from 38 meters, and 30 m at 8.30 g/t gold from 39 m.
In May 2024, Aurum entered a strategic partnership agreement to earn up to a 70 percent interest in exploration tenement PR283, to be renamed Boundiali North (BN). Aurum, through subsidiary Plusor Global Pty Ltd, has partnered with Ivorian company Geb & Nut Resources Sarl and related party (GNRR) to explore and develop the Boundiali North (BN) tenement which covers 208.87sq km immediately north of Aurum’s BD tenement. Boundiali Project JORC Mineral Resource Estimate
Aurum has announced a maiden independent JORC mineral resource estimate of 1.59 Moz gold for its 1,037 sq. km. The Boundiali Gold Project comprises the BST, BDT1 & BDT2, BMT1 and BMT3 deposits. Drilling is ongoing on these deposits, and Aurum has identified other prospects at Boundiali which have yet to be drilled. Since October 2023, the company has completed an extensive 63,927-metre diamond drilling program. This aggressive exploration campaign has rapidly defined a significant gold resource of 50.9 Mt @ 1.0 g/t gold for 1.6 million ounces.
A 100,000 m of drilling is planned and being carried out at Boundiali using eight self-owned diamond rigs to drive resource growth with two JORC resources updates in 2025.
In 2025, Aurum plans to launch a mining exploitation licence application and complete a PFS and environment study for the Boundiali Gold Project.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA TheNewswire - April 17, 2025 (TSXV: PINN, OTC: NRGOF, Frankfurt: X6C) Pinnacle Silver and Gold Corp. (" Pinnacle " or the " Company ") is pleased to provide an update on progress at the recently acquired high-grade gold-silver El Potrero property in Durango, Mexico (see Pinnacle news releases dated February 24 and 25, 2025 ).
Phase I field work commenced within a week of signing the Definitive Agreement and is progressing well. Surface mapping has extended the vein system along strike to the northwest for approximately 1,100 metres from the Dos de Mayo Mine and 46 samples have been taken for analyses. Cleaning of the underground workings at the historic Pinos Cuates, La Dura and Dos de Mayo Mines has been completed, and the Pinos Cuates Mine has been mapped and sampled, with 86 samples being taken of the vein system as it is exposed underground. All 132 samples have been submitted to the SGS lab in Durango City.
In addition, access roads to the project and up to the mine portals have been cleared. The plant has been almost completely cleaned up, and an inspection is being planned to assess the approximate cost and schedule to get it ready for production again.

Surface mapping to date has identified the dominant lithologies as comprising an andesitic volcanic sequence with alternating flows and breccias. The units belong to the upper part of the Lower Volcanic Series, the preferred and most common host for gold and silver mineralization in the Sierra Madre Belt. There is a strong northwest-southeast structural trend hosting the vein system at El Potrero that parallels the regional trend of the Sierra Madre. To date, several sub-parallel veins have been identified on the southwest side of the Pinos Cuates mine, indicating that the vein system is at least 125 metres wide at this locality. Vein widths have been measured as ranging from 0.50 metres on surface up to 7 metres underground at Pinos Cuates.
Most of the samples taken at the historic Pinos Cuates Mine consist of vein breccia with angular clasts of variable composition, clasts of colloform quartz, chalcedonic quartz, and bands of opaque quartz with a black mineral, thought to be ginguro (very fine grained silver-gold mineralization). The footwall rocks are andesite with strong chlorite-pyrite alteration, whereas a felsic dike with porphyritic texture has been observed in the hanging wall of the veins both underground and on surface, implying a long and active period of hydrothermal activity.

As reported in Pinnacle news release of March 18, 2025 , preliminary sampling of mineralized veins containing ginguro bands at Pinos Cuates returned an arithmetic average from four chip channel samples of 8.04 g/t gold (Au) and 146 g/t silver (Ag) ( chip samples, by their nature, are selected samples and may not represent a true reflection of actual grade) , consistent with the historic production grades reported by the vendors, and the historic resource estimate of 45,561 tonnes at 8.0 g/t Au and 186 g/t Ag . These resources are historical in nature and Pinnacle is not treating these estimates as current mineral resources as a qualified person on behalf of Pinnacle has not done sufficient work to classify them as current mineral resources.

Once assays are received (approximately 3 weeks), results will be interpreted in the context of the mapping in order to determine the structural controls on gold-silver mineralization, as the highest grades tend to occur in ‘shoots'. Once these are better defined, a diamond drilling program can be planned to systematically test these areas for continuity.
Preliminary discussions are underway with geophysical contractors regarding the flying of a LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) survey over the entire property. LiDAR is a remote-sensing and laser technology that ‘sees' through overburden and maps out the rock subsurface in a way that allows for the interpretation of structural features that can be important in controlling gold-silver mineralization. This interpretation will also be used in the planning of upcoming drill programs.
In due course, discussions will be held with the federal electrical commission to extend the power line to the plant site, a distance of only about three kilometres.
Pinnacle has granted an aggregate of 500,000 incentive stock options to certain consultants of the Company, pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan and subject to TSXV approval, at a price of $0.05 and expiring on April 17, 2030. The incentive stock options will vest 25% each quarter over a 12-month period.
QA/QC
The technical results contained in this news release have been reported in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"). Pinnacle has implemented industry standard practices for sample preparation, security and analysis given the stage of the Project. This has included common industry QA/QC procedures to monitor the quality of the assay database, including inserting certified reference material samples and blank samples into sample batches on a predetermined frequency basis.
The non-systematic chip channel sampling was completed across exposed mineralized structures using a hammer and maul. The protocol for sample lengths established that they were not longer than two metres or shorter than 0.3 metres. The veins tend to be steeply dipping to vertical, and so these samples are reasonably close to representing the true widths of the structures. Samples were collected along the structural strike or oblique to the main structural trend.
All samples were bagged in pre-numbered plastic bags; each bag had a numbered tag inside and were tied off with adhesive tape and then bulk bagged in rice bags in batches not to exceed 40 kg. They were then numbered, and batch bags were tied off with plastic ties and delivered directly to the SGS laboratory facility in Durango, Mexico for preparation and analysis. The lab is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. All Samples were delivered in person by the contract geologist who conducted the sampling under the supervision of the QP.
SGS sample preparation code G_PRP89 including weight determination, crushing, drying, splitting, and pulverizing was used following industry best practices where all samples were crushed to 75% less than 2 mm, riffle split off 250 g, pulverized split to >85% passing 75 microns (μm). All samples were analyzed for gold using code GA_FAA30V5 with a Fire Assay determination on 30g samples with an Atomic Absorption Spectography finish. An ICP-OES analysis package (Inductively Coupled Plasma - Optical Emission Spectrometry) including 33 elements and 4-acid digestion was performed (code GE_ICP40Q12) to determine Ag, Zn, Pb, Cu and other elements.

El Potrero is located in the prolific Sierra Madre Occidental of western Mexico and lies within 35 kilometres of four operating mines, including the 4,000 tonnes per day (tpd) Ciénega Mine (Fresnillo), the 1,000 tpd Tahuehueto Mine (Luca Mining) and the 250 tpd Topia Mine (Guanajuato Silver).
High-grade gold-silver mineralization occurs in a low sulphidation epithermal breccia vein system hosted within andesites of the Lower Volcanic Series and has three historic mines along a 500 metre strike length. A historic resource based upon underground sampling of those three mines is reported to consist of 45,561 tonnes at 8.0 g/t gold and 186 g/t silver. Drill hole OP-25-35, with a total depth of 303 metres, intersected a significant 60-metre mineralized zone between 190 m and 250 m. Within this broader interval, a 12-metre section (from 189.8 m to 202.5 m) exhibited strong silicification and sericitization with visible arsenopyrite, with an XRF reading at 196 m of 66 g/t Au . This is followed by a 30.4-metre intermediate zone (202.5 m to 232.9 m) with lower levels of mineralization, followed by a deeper and well mineralized zone (232.9 m to 241.2 m) containing approximately 2% arsenopyrite, with an XRF reading of 234 ppm Au at 249 m.
Between 189.80 m and 202.20 m, the drill hole encountered a yellowish-grey-green rock unit that is intensely silicified and sericitized, with abundant quartz veins and veinlets throughout. A higher concentration of arsenopyrite is observed between 195 m and 196.50 m. An XRF point reading taken at 196 m returned values of 8,514 ppm As, 66 ppm Au, 49 ppm Ni, and 139 ppm Cr.
At 202.20 m -205.50 m is a sericitized sheared Yellowish-green grey rock sericitized shear of veins. The XRF point reading at XRF 204 m: As 47 ppm, Ni 1050 ppm, and Cr 970.
Between 205.50 m and 250 m, the drill hole intersected a fine-grained, greenish-grey rock, possibly containing traces of fuchsite, with an elevated presence of fine arsenopyrite and pyrite mineralization stronger from 235.5 m (2-3%). Moderate silicification is observed throughout the interval, becoming more concentrated from 242 m onward, accompanied by the appearance of small grey quartz veins. The XRF point readings at these various depths are as follows:
219 m: As 398 ppm, Au 10ppm, Ni 797 ppm, and Cr 1986:
234 m: As 872: ppm Au 9 ppm, Ni 792 ppm, and Cr 3424 ppm
243 m: As 792 ppm Au 13 ppm: Ni 650 ppm and Cr 1084 ppm
249 m: As 2.3%, Au 234 ppm: Ni 4129 ppm and Cr 7970 ppm - (234 g/t Au)

X-ray fluorescence (XRF) is a non-destructive analytical technique used to determine the elemental composition of materials such as drill cores. XRF analyzers determine the chemistry of a sample by measuring the fluorescent (or secondary) X-ray emitted from a sample when it is excited by a primary X-ray source. We note the results only provide an indication of the amount of minerals present. Certified assaying of the core samples is required to accurately determine the amount of base metal and precious metal mineralization.
Assay core samples are being analysed at ALS Chemex lab of Rouyn-Noranda, 165 Rue Jacques-Bibeau, Quebec (an ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accredited facility). The sampling program is undertaken by Company personnel under the direction of Mr. Yvan Bussieres, P.Eng., A secure chain of custody is maintained in transporting and storing of all samples. The rock samples will undergo fire assays, 1E3 - Aqua Regia - ICPOES and select samples underwent gravimetries.
Samples of mineralization were taken at 0.5-to-1.5-meter intervals, with sample intervals being adjusted to respect lithological and/or mineralogical contacts and isolate narrow veins or other structures that may yield higher grades. The core was split in two separate sections—one half of the core, the other half was sent for analysis.

Rua Gold Inc. (TSXV: RUA) (OTCQB: NZAUF) , today announced an update to its gold-antimony exploration on its Auld Creek project, Reefton on the South Island of New Zealand ; reporting improving gold grades from current drilling in diamond drillholes ACDDH026, ACDDH027, ACDDH028.
Highlights:
Gold equivalent (AuEq) calculated as Au g/t + 4.3 × Sb%, using spot prices and 85% recovery with ~30% discount applied.
Surface soil geochemistry strongly endorses extensions to the Fraternal north prospect and Bonanza northeast prospect, confirming the system is traceable over a 2.5km length.

GLOBAL SUPPLY AND VALUE OF ANTIMONY
Antimony is a critical metalloid primarily sourced from the mineral, stibnite. It is highly valuable and increasing in demand due to its versatility and has essential applications across renewable energy, liquid battery metals, defence and technological sectors.
Due to its limited supply, predominantly controlled by China, Russia & Tajikistan , antimony is considered a strategic material essential for supply chain security, particularly during periods of geopolitical instability. This was heightened in August 2024 , when China announced export controls on processed antimony products. In response to these controls, nations have accelerated their efforts to secure alternative sources of antimony to mitigate the risk of significant supply chain vulnerabilities.
The US, EU, UK, Japan , Canada and Australia all designate antimony as a critical mineral. On January 31, 2025 , New Zealand also announced their Critical Mineral List which included antimony.
Reflecting heightened demand, the price of antimony has reached new highs, currently trading over US$50,000 per tonne, a significant increase from US$11,350 per tonne at the start of 2024. This market shift has intensified interest in the strategic antimony potential held by Rua Gold .
EXPLORATION POTENTIAL
Rua Gold commenced drilling at Auld Creek in December 2024 . It has a targeted program to drill four mineralised shoots identified from historical surface exploration work interpreted by the Rua Gold team over the past 3 months.
Auld Creek is situated between two past producing mines, Globe Progress mine, and the Crushington Group of mines which collectively produced 933,000oz at 14.0g/t Au (Barry 1993). Auld Creek has three historic adits but no commercial production from the reefs.
Rua Gold has an inferred resource indicating 700,000 tonnes at 3.1g/t Au and 1.1% Sb for 67,000oz of gold and 8,000 tonnes of antimony 1 (AuEq 110,000oz 2 ). The resource is restricted to two of the four known shoots. Soil geochemistry indicates the potential for discovery of additional mineralised shoots over a strike length of 2.5km.
Four of the eight holes completed to date intersected 4- 5m of strong visible stibnite (antimony sulfide) mineralization in the Fraternal-Bonanza structure.
Results from ACDDH024, ACDDH025 confirm the approximate average gold grades, but report higher antimony grades than the current resource estimate. Results from ACDDH027, ACDDH028 highlight above average gold grades with narrow but high-grade antimony in ACDDH028.
Ongoing drilling is targeting the southern plunging Fraternal gold-antimony shoot which remains open along strike and at depth.
Intensified surface exploration is showing very encouraging strong trends both north and north-west confirming additional targets on the Fraternal North and Bonanza north-west extensions.
