Doubleview Gold Corp. Closes First Tranche of $5,700,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG,OTC:DBLVF) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (the "Company" or "Doubleview") announces it has closed the first tranche (the "First Tranche") of its non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of non-flow-through units (the "Units") as previously announced in the Company's news release dated October 30, 2025. The Company is pleased to announce that due to shareholder response it has increased its Non-Flow Through Offering from $5 mill to up to $7.25 million. The Company further notes that it will reduce its Flow through Share offering from $5 million to $1.5 million,

The First Tranche consisted of the issuance of 8,242,857 Non-Flow Through Units at a price of $0.70 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $5,769,999.90. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $1.00 for a period of 24 months from the closing date, subject to an accelerated expiry date at the option of the Company in the event the ten (10) day volume-weighted average price of the Shares on the TSX.V for any ten (10) consecutive trading days is $1.25 or more.

Proceeds from the First Tranche will be used to fund the current exploration program on the Company's BC projects, particularly for the polymetallic Hat Project located in northwestern BC, and for general working capital. In connection with the closing of the first tranche the Company will pay finders fees to Ventum Financial Corp. the fees include $350,000 in Cash and 500,000 non transferable Finders warrants issued under the same terms as the Units noted above.

All securities issued pursuant to the First Tranche are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period expiring March 7, 2026, in accordance with applicable securities laws.

The Private Placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company anticipates closing the remaining Non flow through and the flow-through portion of the Private Placement in the coming weeks.

Scandium potential for the Hat Deposit is estimated to be 300 to 500 million tonnes at an average grade of 40 ppm (0.004%) Sc2O3.
