CSE Bulletin: Name and Symbol Change and Reclassification - S2 Minerals Inc.

S2 Minerals Inc. (STWO) (the "Issuer") has announced a name and symbol change to FNX Inc. (FNX), as well as amendments to the articles of the Issuer to (a) amend the rights and restrictions of the existing class of "common shares" and re-designate such class as "subordinate voting shares", and (b) create a new class of shares designated as "multiple voting shares".

Upon the effective date, each common share held by the Issuer's shareholders on the effective date will be designated as a subordinate voting share.

The subordinate voting shares of FNX Inc. will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on December 5, 2025.

Please note that all open orders will be canceled at the end of business on December 4, 2025. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders.

S2 Minerals Inc. (STWO) (l'« Émetteur ») a annoncé un changement de nom et de symbole pour devenir FNX Inc. (FNX), ainsi que des modifications aux statuts de l'Émetteur afin (a) de modifier les droits et restrictions de la catégorie existante d'« actions ordinaires » et de redésigner cette catégorie comme « actions à droit de vote subordonné », et (b) de créer une nouvelle catégorie d'actions désignées comme « actions à droit de vote multiple ».

À la date d'entrée en vigueur, chaque action ordinaire détenue par les actionnaires de l'émetteur à cette date sera désignée comme une action à droit de vote subordonné.

Les actions à droit de vote subordonné de FNX Inc. commenceront à être négociées sous le nouveau nom et symbole et avec un nouveau numéro CUSIP le 5 décembre 2025.
