The Dome Mountain mine is a fully permitted, high-grade, underground gold-silver project. These permits enable full-scale mining operations to commence—an achievement few companies have attained in British Columbia over the past decade.
Initial operations will focus on the Boulder Vein System, which hosts the current NI 43-101 resource. The resource includes 45,000 oz of measured gold at 10.32 grams per ton (g/t), 173,000 oz indicated at 8.15 g/t, and 16,000 oz Inferred at 6.02 g/t Au. These zones also contain significant silver by-products, totaling over 1.1 Moz across categories. The resource is based on a 3.5 g/t gold cutoff and only covers one of at least 15 known high-grade veins on the property.

The Boulder Vein is being developed for initial production of 15,000 oz of gold per year, processed via a toll milling agreement with Nicola Mining. Metallurgical recoveries from a previously processed 5,000-ton bulk sample returned 95 percent gold and 90 percent silver recoveries, confirming the project's strong economics. Pre-production capital costs are minimal, with the only major requirement being the completion of the on-site water treatment facility, expected by May 2025.
Despite the historical work, 90 percent of the property remains unexplored. Blue Lagoon has already completed over 48,000 meters of drilling since 2020 and made two new discoveries (Chance Structural and Federal One). Recent airborne magnetic and IP geophysical surveys have identified numerous new drill targets, and internal modeling suggests the potential to grow the resource to more than 1 Moz. All exploration is fully funded through anticipated cash flow, minimizing dilution and offering investors exposure to both near-term revenue and long-term discovery potential.

The Company expects the MBBR to be fully activated within the next 7 to 10 days , at which point the water treatment plant will be fully commissioned and blasting can begin. In the meantime, underground preparation work is scheduled to start this week to ensure the operation is fully ready for the start of mining.
Underground Work To Commence This Week
Work beginning this week includes:
Establishing emergency egress exit points – ensuring all ladders are secure and viable.
Bolt testing – testing approximately 10% of bolting as per the Ground Control Management Plan.
Re-establishing the ventilation system – moving and wiring underground fans and ventilation ducts.
Clearing and fortifying underground magazine storage units and purchasing explosives.
Moving small waste piles to improve efficiency once blasting begins.
Cleaning the underground sump.
Drilling at the rollover to establish the first exposed ore face.
Once the MBBR system is commissioned (expected in the next 7 to 10 days), drilling and blasting will begin immediately at both the rollover and in the incline (development work).

The celebration, held on July 9, 2025, brought together over 100 guests from across Canada and abroad — including attendees from Germany, South Carolina, Denver, Montana and Toronto — to mark this significant milestone for the Company and the region.

In a powerful display of cultural heritage and support, 18 Hereditary Chiefs and Guardians from the Lake Babine Nation (LBN) joined Hereditary Chief and Council Member Fabian Michell for the opening ceremony, which featured a traditional drum ceremony representing songs from all four LBN clans: Bear, Beaver, Frog, and Caribou.

With the mine officially open, pre-production work will begin next week, setting up Dome Mountain to begin mining and transition to near-term cash flow once the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) system is commissioned - expected in about four weeks. The two-stage water-treatment facility features a functioning High-Density Sludge (HDS) circuit and the MBBR circuit, which uses microbes to remove blasting-related ammonia and nitrates. The MBBR's biological ramp-up phase typically takes approximately four weeks. Mining will commence immediately upon the completion of this phase.

SENIOR UNDERGROUND GEOLOGIST HIRED TO
STRENGTHEN TECHNICAL TEAM
The Company is also pleased to welcome Michael McCardal as Senior Underground Geologist. Mr. McCardal brings three decades of underground gold mining experience with producers including Ascot Resources, Barkerville Gold Mines, Pure Gold Mining, and Kirkland Lake Gold.
At Ascot's Big Missouri deposit, he led underground sampling protocols, grade tracking, and stope planning. At Kirkland Lake's Macassa and Taylor Mines, he was instrumental in ore control, face mapping, and production reconciliation.

CONSTRUCTOIN OF WATER TREATMENT PLANT COMPLETE
Construction of Blue Lagoon's water treatment system — a critical component of the Company's environmental compliance plan — is now complete and partially commissioned, as required under the Company's Mines Act permit.
The system consists of two integrated technologies: a High-Density Sludge (HDS) circuit, which is fully installed and operational, and a Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) , designed to treat ammonia and nitrates from blasting residues using a microbial process. The MBBR circuit has also been fully constructed and is about to undergo microbial activation — a biological ramp-up that typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.
Designed to meet all regulatory discharge standards, the plant is engineered to treat mine water efficiently and in full alignment with the Company's permit conditions. Blue Lagoon worked closely with Soren Jensen , the Company's principal environmental consultant from SRK Consulting. Mr. Jensen holds a master's degree in chemical engineering and has developed, designed, commissioned, and operated mine water treatment systems for mining operations for over 20 years, including similar treatment plants at other underground gold mines in Northern Canada.
Just as importantly, the Company collaborated closely with regulatory agencies and the Lake Babine Nation throughout the design and construction process to ensure the system meets both technical and community expectations.
With the construction of the water treatment system complete and regulatory milestones achieved, the Company is advancing mine development activities in accordance with its permit. Environmental monitoring will continue during the MBBR activation phase to ensure ongoing compliance as the system reaches full operational capacity.
