About Purepoint

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. actively operates an exploration pipeline of 12 advanced projects in Canada's Athabasca Basin, the world's richest uranium region. Purepoint's flagship project is the Hook Lake Project, a joint venture with two of the largest uranium suppliers in the world, Cameco Corporation and Orano Canada Inc. The Hook Lake JV Project is on trend with recent high-grade uranium discoveries including Fission Uranium's Triple R Deposit and NexGen's Arrow Deposit and encompasses its own Spitfire discovery (53.3% U3O8 over 1.3m including 10m interval of 10.3% U3O8). Together with its flagship project, the Company's projects stretch across approximately 175,000 hectares of claims throughout the Athabasca Basin. These claims host over 20 distinct and well-defined drill target areas with advanced geophysical surveys completed, and in some cases, have had first pass drilling performed.

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. Launches Strategic Drill Program at Turnor Lake Project Targeting the La Rocque Structural Corridor

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (OTCQB: PTUUF) ("Purepoint" or the "Company"), an established and active explorer in Canada's Athabasca Basin, today announced the initiation of a comprehensive drill program at their 100%-owned Turnor Lake Project, specifically targeting the prolific La Rocque Structural Corridor.

The La Rocque Structural Corridor, known for hosting the notable high-grade Hurricane Uranium Deposit (IsoEnergy Ltd.) and the La Rocque Lake Zone (Cameco Corp.), spans a promising 7-kilometre strike length within the northern portion of the Turnor Lake project. Scott Frostad, VP of Exploration, highlighted, "Our focused approach this season aims to thoroughly explore priority targets along this key geological feature with the goal of uncovering substantial uranium mineralization akin to neighboring high-grade finds."

Purepoint Uranium Discovers New Lightning Zone Grading 0.29% U3O8 over 0.9 Metres as It Completes 2024 Winter Drill Program at Hook Lake Joint Venture

Purepoint Uranium Discovers New Lightning Zone Grading 0.29% U3O8 over 0.9 Metres as It Completes 2024 Winter Drill Program at Hook Lake Joint Venture

Purepoint Uranium Group Inc. (TSXV: PTU) (OTCQB: PTUUF) ("Purepoint" or the "Company") announced today the completion of its winter drill program at the Hook Lake Joint Venture at the Carter Corridor. The Hook Lake Project is a joint venture between Cameco Corporation (39.5%), Orano Canada Inc. (39.5%), and Purepoint (21%) and lies on trend with high-grade uranium discoveries including Fission Uranium's Triple R Deposit and NexGen's Arrow Deposit.

"This year's drill program ended with a discovery of 0.9 metres of 0.29% U3O8, including 0.3 metres of 0.68% U3O8, associated with a major structure intersected by hole CRT24-10," said Scott Frostad, Vice President Exploration at Purepoint. "Encouragingly, the basement hosted uranium mineralization is within an altered breccia matrix that borders a 10 metre wide graphitic shear. All the 2024 holes intersected anomalous radioactivity and the results continue to show the extensive 20-kilometre conductive structural zone known as the Carter Corridor remains highly prospective for an economic uranium discovery."

Baselode Reports High-Grade Uranium Assays on its ACKIO Prospect

Baselode Reports High-Grade Uranium Assays on its ACKIO Prospect

  • Two drill holes intersect high-grade uranium: Both returned over 1% U₃O₈ across 1.5 metres
  • Hole AK24-118 intersected 8.5 metres of 0.59% U₃O₈, while AK24-119 returned 21.0 metres of 0.28% U₃O₈, enhancing our understanding of uranium mineralization in Pod 6
  • Baselode's ACKIO has a unique advantage that distinguishes it from its peers in the Athabasca Basin, given its shallow mineralization

Baselode Energy Corp. (TSXV: FIND) (OTCQB: BSENF) ("Baselode" or the "Company") is pleased to provide uranium ("U3O8") assay results from 3 of 43 drill holes of the 2024 drill program on the ACKIO prospect ("ACKIO") in the Athabasca Basin ("Basin") area of northern Saskatchewan.

"Baselode's ACKIO prospect stands out among its peers due to the shallow depth of its mineralization, especially compared to the much deeper deposits elsewhere in the Basin. We are highly encouraged by the results from holes AK24-118 and AK24-119, as they are the best intersections in Pod 6 and rank among the top 20 drill holes at ACKIO. These results strengthen our confidence in ACKIO. It's remarkable that, just over three years after discovering ACKIO, we're still achieving better-than-expected grades and widths," commented James Sykes, CEO, President, and Director of Baselode."
