Voltaic Strategic Resources Limited (ASX:VSR) is pleased present the Placement Prospectus.
This Prospectus is being issued for the offer of:
- up to 81,842,468 Shares at an issue price of $0.05 per Share (Placement Offer);
- up to 72,000,000 Quoted Options to the Placement Participants on the basis of 1 free- attaching Quoted Option for every 2 Shares subscribed for under the Placement (Quoted Options Offer); and
- 10,000,000 Quoted Options to the Lead Manager (or its nominees) as partial consideration for services provided by the Lead Manager in connection with the Placement (Lead Manager Offer), (together, the Offer).
