LAURION Corporate Update

Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSXV: LME) (OTCPINK: LMEFF) ("LAURION" or the "Corporation") at the request of the Market Surveillance group of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), advises that the Corporation is not aware of any material undisclosed corporate developments and has no material change to report at this time that may be contributing to the level of trading activity of its shares.

The Corporation will keep the market informed as required. LAURION requests that the reader refers to the most recent press release dated April 13, 2021 in which LAURION announced it had initiated a program of 10,000 metres of drilling on its Ishkoday Project, located 28 km northeast of Beardmore, Ontario .
