Graph Blockchain Inc. (CSE: GBLC) ("Graph" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has granted incentive stock options to employees, a consultant, the management, and board of directors of the company to purchase up to 16,350,000 common shares in the capital of the company, pursuant to the stock option plan of the company. The options are exercisable at a price of 5 cents per share and will expire two years from the date of grant.

ASX Welcomes First Bitcoin ETF as Crypto Soars in Popularity

The Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) welcomed its first Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) on Thursday (June 20), following a growing trend of digital assets hitting various global stock markets.

The VanEck Bitcoin ETF (ASX:VBTC) invests in the VanEck Bitcoin Trust (BATS:HODL), but doesn't own Bitcoin directly.
