Kingsview Minerals Ltd. (CSE: KVM) (FSE: 0L41) (the "Company" or "Kingsview") is pleased to announce it has settled debt owed to various creditors in an aggregate amount of $365,975 through the issuance of 1,663,523 Common Shares at a deemed price of CDN$0.22 per Common share.
