Honey Badger Silver Inc. (TSXV: TUF,OTC:HBEIF) (OTCQB: HBEIF) (FSE: 1QA) (Tradegate: 1QA) ("Honey Badger" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted an aggregate of 5,335,000 stock options (the "Options") on April 29th, 2026, to certain directors, officers, employees andor consultants of the Company.

The Options are exercisable at a price of $0.45 per share and are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of grant. The Options vest in accordance with the Company's stock option plan and are subject to the terms and conditions of the plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
