HEICO Corporation Declares Cash Dividend; Sets Annual Meeting and Record Dates

$.12 per share cash dividend declared

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA / ACCESS Newswire / December 18, 2025 / Heico Corporation (NYSE:HEI.A, HEI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.12 per share cash dividend payable on all shares of its Class A Common Stock and its Common Stock.

The dividend is Heico's 95th consecutive semiannual cash dividend since 1979.

The dividend is payable on January 20, 2026 to all shareholders of record on January 5, 2026.

Eric A. Mendelson and Victor H. Mendelson, Heico's Co-Chairmen and Co-Chief Executive Officers, remarked, "After completing yet another record year driven by Heico's remarkable Team Members, and with strong optimism for the Company's outlook, Heico's Board declared this 95th consecutive semiannual dividend. Heico's Board of Directors also set the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders for March 13, 2026. Shareholders of record on January 16, 2026 are eligible to vote on matters to be considered at the meeting.
