Galactic Gold Corp. Announces Finders Fee, Debt Settlement and Stock Options

Galactic Gold Corp. (TSXV: GGAU) (the "Company") is pleased to announce it will settle outstanding indebtedness of $25,000 through the issuance of 113,636 common shares of the Corporation at a deemed price of $0.22 per common share (the "Debt Settlement"). The common shares issued in connection with the Debt Settlement will be subject to a ‎hold period of four months from the date of closing. The Debt Settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") and all shares are being issued to arms-length parties.

The Company also announces stock options have been granted to consultants and a director to purchase up to an aggregate total of 600,000 shares and issued restricted share and deferred units totalling 200,000 common shares. The stock options have been granted at a price of $0.22 per common share for a period of two years.
