Domestic Metals Clarifies First-Tranche Financing Close

Domestic Metals Corp. (the "Company" or "Domestic") - (TSXV: DMCU; OTCQB: DMCUF; FSE: 03E) reports further to their news release dated October 9, 2025 announcing the closing of a first tranche of the LIFE Offering (the "Offering") issuing an aggregate 4,695,715 units of the Company ("Units") at a price of $0.28 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,314,800, that there is no statutory hold period applicable to the securities underlying the Units issued in the Offering. Accordingly, such securities were free trading from the date of issuance and not subject to a hold period of four months plus one day as indicated in the original closing news release.

Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Share") and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share of the Company for a period of three years from the date of issuance at a price of $0.40 per share. The expiry of the Warrants may be accelerated if the closing price of the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is equal to or greater than $0.65 for a minimum of twenty consecutive trading days and a notice of acceleration is provided in accordance with the terms of the Warrants.

The broker warrants issued to the finders as described in the original closing news release, together with the common shares of the Company underlying such broker warrants, will still be subject to a statutory hold period in Canada of four (4) months and one (1) day after the issuance of such broker warrants.
