Canada Nickel Company Inc. ("Canada Nickel" or the "Company") (TSXV: CNC,OTC:CNIKF) (OTCQX: CNIKF) today announced that further to the Company's news release dated May 7, 2026, the Company confirms that the 3,500,000 common share purchase warrants granted to Auramet International, Inc. in connection with the extension of the Company's US$32 million loan facility have an exercise price of $1.81 per Common Share, determined in accordance with the previously disclosed pricing formula and the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange.
