ArcelorMittal announces the issuance of Euro650,000,000 3.250 per cent notes due 30 September 2030

ArcelorMittal announces the issuance of €650,000,000 3.250 per cent notes due 30 September 2030 (the "Notes").

The issuance closed today. The Notes were issued under ArcelorMittal's wholesale Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.

The proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing of existing indebtedness.
