May Portfolio Performance Highlights
Net Asset Value: $31.0 million, or approximately $0.81 per share, as of May 31, 2026, compared with $27.8 million, or approximately $0.73 per share, at April 30, 2026.
Cash and Cash Equivalents: Torrent had $0.6 million in cash and cash equivalents at May 31, 2026, consistent with April 30, 2026.
Performance Drivers: The increase in NAV during May was driven primarily by improved market conditions for software and growth-oriented investments. Existing positions saw increased unrealized gains following earlier sector weakness and Q1 market volatility.
