The Company has appointed Soo-Whan Kim, currently Corporate Controller, as Interim Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mr. Kim will continue to lead the Company's financial reporting and accounting functions, ensuring continuity as Premier American Uranium advances its strategic initiatives.
