(TSX-V: WIN, OTCQB: WINKF, FSE: L7C2) a leader in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with advanced knowledge-extraction techniques since 2005 in the mining sector to provide its Artificial Intelligence Targeting Technology for the East Georgie Polymetallic Project ("East Georgie" or the "Property") located in the prolific Golden Triangle region of British Columbia.

Deal Terms:

  • Multi year service agreement for Windfall Geotek's AI Consulting services

  • Windfall Geotek will retain the right to purchase 1% NSR Royalty for $500,000 for any land claims Windfall Geotek finds AI targets on

East Georgie:

  • 100% purchase option

  • 69 mineral claims totaling 10,840 hectares

  • lying within an area extending north and northwest from a southern apex at the old mining camp of Anyox which hosts more than 1,000 mineral occurrences of dominantly precious metal vein type, with related skarn, porphyry and massive sulphide

  • Potential for Au, Ag, Cu, Mo, Pb, Zn mineralization

  • A series of geophyscial surveys on the property have been conducted and interpretation reports received

  • Over 85 individual targets selected from 7 measured or derived parameters based on statistical anomalism
